What you get, plain English.

Unlimited support hours

Phone, email, remote — log as many tickets as you need. We don't bill per incident.

Cover hours

Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm. SLA clients get extended cover: Monday to Sunday, 7:30am–7pm.

No fixed term

Monthly billing in advance. Cancel with reasonable notice — we don't lock you into multi-year contracts.

Special requests

Out-of-scope work, project rollouts and after-hours emergencies can be quoted on demand at our standard hourly rate.
